Worst experience ever. They sent products completely different from the approved sample and insisted they were the same. The person handling the order changed midway without any notice. They even blocked me and used profanity when I asked for corrections. No apology was ever given. Why did I even pay extra for a sample if they were just going to make whatever they wanted? They said they needed a “break” — when they’re the reason my entire schedule got ruined. Packaging was terrible, the product quality was far from acceptable, and they failed to meet the promised delivery date. I have no idea if they will even bother to remake the order properly. If you value your time, money, and mental health, do NOT work with this factory. Trusting them with production is a huge risk.
